This document regulates the Terms and Conditions of sale. The parties are defined below: the website www.sagoajewelry.com, hereinafter "Website", the owner hereinafter "S'agoa" and any person who accesses or contracts the services on the Website acquires the position of " Customer"

Access to the Website, the use of its content and the contracting of its products and/or services are subject to full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions published on the Website. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions of sale, the Client must refrain from accessing and using it.

S'agoa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and without obligation to provide prior notice to the Client.

Conditions of Use and Contract

The conditions described below apply to any order placed by a Customer from the Website.

1. Access

The Website is free and open access. S'agoa is not responsible for any inconveniences, damages or consequences caused by an unavailability of the Website, regardless of its nature.

All content of the Website is the intellectual and industrial property of the Owner. Copying, transformation, disclosure or other similar actions that violate intellectual and industrial property are prohibited, except those that have been previously authorized in writing by S'agoa.

2. Registration

S'agoa reserves the right to condition the contracting of products and/or services to the Client's prior registration.

Registration is carried out using a form, to be filled out by the Client. The sole person responsible for the veracity of the data entered is the Client. In the event of changes, it is the Client's responsibility to update their data.

S'agoa is not responsible, in any case, for the impossibility of delivery or error in an order due to the existence of incorrect Customer data.

S'agoa reserves the right to delete the Client's account at any time and at its sole discretion.

The management of personal data is defined in the Privacy Policy.

3. Products

The products offered by S'agoa are those presented on the Website at the time of the Client's query.

The photographs and descriptions of the products are merely informative and have no contractual value. S'agoa will not assume any responsibility due to errors in presentation.

The products offered on the Website have sufficient stock for sale. However, stock depletion may occur. In that case, according to the Customer's preference, the amount will be refunded or exchanged for another product.

The price shown on the Website corresponds to the price in Euros of the product with the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain. Additional costs, such as shipping or customs fees, are not included.

4. Orders

The Client may check their order, prior to validating the purchase. You will have access to the products, units, purchase price, associated costs and the total amount of the transaction. Validation of the purchase implies acceptance of said conditions and amounts.

Before placing an order, the Customer must carefully read the Terms and Conditions published on the Website. In order to place an order, you must accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking the "I have read and accept the General Conditions and the Confidentiality Policy" button. Consequently, the fact of having placed an order on the Website implies total and irrevocable compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the Client declares the ability to carry out this contract. Likewise, the Client expressly commits to the proper use of the content of the Website and its services. With this declaration, the Customer declares that the purpose of placing the order is not the resale of the product it contains or illegal activities.

5. Payment methods

The banking entity that manages the payment system is Caixabank, SA

Payment can be made by debit/credit card, bank transfer or Bizum.

In the event of making payment by card, the Client expressly acknowledges the communication of their bank card number and the authorization to make the corresponding charge to their bank account.

In the case of using the bank transfer method, the Client will receive S'agoa's bank details via email to be able to make the payment.

6. Shipping

The distribution company that ensures the shipment is Correos.

The shipment will be made to the address indicated by the Client at the time of validating the order.

The delivery time is established in the Shipping section.

In the event of a delay in transportation, the Customer may request the return of the product. S'agoa will not assume any additional responsibility.

7. Returns

All Customers have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. Late returns are not allowed.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the delivery note. Returns of used products are not accepted.

To make the return, the Customer must contact S'agoa via email ( hello@sagoajewelry.com ), indicating the order number and the product they wish to return.

The return will be processed once S'agoa has received the returned product. Once received and verified, the refund will be made through the same payment method used to place the order.

In the event of a return for a defective product, depending on the Customer's preference and stock availability, a refund will be made or the product will be replaced with a new one.

8. Limited liability

S'agoa exempts all liability for failure to comply with its contractual obligations due to force majeure, such as strikes, fires, natural disasters or breakdowns, among others.

S'agoa's liability is limited to the price of the products purchased on the Website.

The products on the Website are not covered by any warranty.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The established Terms and Conditions of sale are agreed within the framework of Spanish legislation.
