Generally, the Web site is accessible for all Clients for free. S'agoa has the right to condition the sale upon Client registration.

Any use of the content of the Web site by third parties, including actions as the promotion, contracting or disclosure, is forbidden.
The Web site has been defined in three languages: Catalan, Spanish and English. The Client is responsible for the correct comprehension of the content.
It is possible to access to third-party contents from the Web site. Being those unmanageable by S'agoa, it does not undertake any type of responsibility with respect to those contents.
The access, utilization and derived consequences from the use of the Web site is the responsibility of the Client. S'agoa is not taking responsibility for any consequence or damage derived from the use of the Web site.

All the rights of intellectual and industrial property are hold exclusively by S'agoa. It is forbidden to copy, distribute, transform, or any similar action without previous authorization in writing by S'agoa.
S'agoa acknowledges the rights of intellectual and industrial property of the corresponding owners of the Web site software development.
