· If the price is lower, we refund the difference.

· If the price is higher, you will have to pay the difference.


2. Return

Does not fit you?

Make the request to get the refund of the product price.

We will explain you the return process, it's quite simple.



How to request an exchange or return

Contact us directly by email at

Don't forget to add:

- Your data: complete name, order number and email.

- Reason for exchange or return.




The product shall be returned in perfect state and brand new.

It has to be packed in its original parcel.

We need to receive it in the following 14 natural days from its delivery.


In case the product was delivered broken or faulty, you have to give us notice in 2 natural days deadline from its reception.

Write us to with the following information:

- Your data: complete name, order number and email.

- Reason for exchange or return with a photograph.


The amount to be refunded will maintain the promotions or offers enjoyed by the client at the moment of the purchase.

Remember that every exchange or return will be managed with the address of the first delivery.

The client is in charge of the transportation costs incurred, except in the case that the product arrived broken or faulty.
